Fulfillment Pro
Our Fulfillment Pro Add-on was designed for smart order fulfillment. It allows users to see the live status of an order, see the gathering process, process inventory transfers, and much more! Fulfill your orders faster and reduce mistakes with Fulfillment Pro!
Customer Portal
Our Customer Portal gives customers a quick and easy buying experience, as they can have accounts to access their own quotes, orders, and invoices through their internet browser. Save your salespeople’s time and improve your customer’s buying experience!
Order Confirmation and Prepay
This feature allows links to be sent to customers from Paradigm to have them verify the contents of the order and sign off on the terms. Optionally, this also includes access to prepay features to collect prepayments on orders from customers (requires Century Business Solutions™).
Paradigm Mobile App
The Paradigm Mobile App is available on iOS and Android and was developed to increase delivery efficiency and collect proof of delivery. With our app, users can see their assigned trips with an address and delivery details; they can also mark deliveries as complete, take pictures, and more!
