How it Works
- After creating your sales order, simply release it to be manufactured and the items that need to be produced will appear in the Production Module or will be automatically exported to your rollformer controller via one of our integrations.
- From Production, filter based on machine and production date to see the orders that need to be manufactured for that day.
- Mark the item as “in progress” and print a barcoded label that displays the customer, order, and product information, and even the special trim drawing if there is one.
- Items that are not “in progress” can be changed on the order at will by the salesperson. Lines that are “in progress” are locked and cannot be changed on the sales order any more.
- When the item has been produced, simply scan the barcode on the label to mark it as completed in Production and assign coil information.
- You can even record the shelf on which the product was placed, which will ease the process of shipping that order.
