How it Works
For the customer:
- The customer logs into the Customer Portal via an internet browser.
- The customer adds a quote and inputs Product IDs as well as custom trims
- Or the customer imports a CSV file to create a quote in seconds.
- The customer converts the quote into an order, sets a ship date, and releases the order to their salesperson for review!
Customers can view pricing, orders, invoices, and inventory and make payments. They can also sign into the Customer Portal with their SmartBuild account to import building materials.
