Paradigm Speed Contest

welcome to the paradigm speed contest!


  • Objective: Race against the clock to enter a handwritten order sheet into Paradigm as quickly and accurately as possible.     
  • Who: Any employee of a company currently using Paradigm software can participate.   
  • When: Submissions Accepted Feb 9-20, 2026 
  • Prizes: $500, $300, and $100 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respectively.  Prizes will be distributed via Visa gift cards.

Handwritten Order Sheet

On Feb 9, 2026, the handwritten order sheet will be available right here to download for use during your order entry!

Contest Rules and Requirements

1. Order Source & Preparation 
  • Participants may have unlimited access to the handwritten order sheet during the contest window.      
  • Only an already available Paradigm setup may be used. 
  • Contestants must work exclusively from the provided, unaltered order sheet. 
  • No reformatting, summarizing, or pre-cleaning is allowed. 
  • No templates, spreadsheets, kits, or tools may be created specifically for this order. 
2. Starting State 
  • Begin from a blank, new order. 
  • Customer ID must not be selected
  • Press “Add” but do not select a customer

3. Special Order and Change Order Requirements
  • The initial order must be fully entered before recording the change order. 
  • Ship address must be entered from scratch each time.
  • Trims with drawings on the sheet must be added as special trims.
  • Highlighted headers on the sheet must be entered as bundle lines on the order.
  • Paragon has final authority on the validity of all entries. 
3. Timing Rules
  • Time starts when the first character is typed into the customer ID or search field. 
  • Time stops when the order banner shows “Released” after the change order release is complete.
  • Order entry must be continuous with no pauses.
  • System logs will be used to validate times. 
4. Multiple Attempts
  • Multiple attempts are allowed.  
  • Contestants may submit only their single fastest attempt
5. Accuracy
  • Finished order must be complete and accurate.
  • Color names and profile names don’t need to match exactly if your company has different naming conventions for these items.
6. Spirit of the contest
  • Professional conduct must be maintained at all times. 
  • The contest is intended to reward mastery, efficiency, and accuracy. 
  • Any attempt to exploit loopholes or game the rules violates the spirit of the contest and may result in disqualification. 
7. Recording Rights and Liabilities
  • Paragon has perpetual, irrevocable rights to use recordings.
  • Reasonable attempts will be made to obscure sensitive pricing or other data on the screen recording video.
  • No liability is assumed for misuse or disclosure.

  • Either Light or Dark mode is acceptable.
  • Select Full Paradigm window.
  • Start screen recording before beginning your order entry.
  • Stop screen recording only after order release banner appears.
  • Video should start with your screen showing the “Starting State.”
  • Watch the Contest Intro Video to learn how to record your screen.

  • Vertical OR Horizontal orientation is acceptable. Do not switch between orientations. 
  • Ensure Lighting is adequate to see the participant clearly.
